Below you'll find everything you need to know about ordering, shipping, returns, sizing, and our commitment to sustainable craftsmanship.
Returns
Please check all product descriptions, measurements, and sizing information carefully before making your purchase.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us before sending it back so we are aware of the return.
Return Conditions
- Returns must be shipped within 7 business days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase must be included with the return.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition.
- Original packaging should be used to ensure safe transit.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and fees.
- Stone Temple Silver is not responsible for items damaged during return transit due to inadequate packaging.
Custom Orders
All custom orders are final sale.
This includes:
- Made-to-size pieces
- Customer-requested modifications
- Special commissions
Custom orders are created specifically for the customer and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
Approved refunds:
- Will be processed to the original payment method only.
- Exclude original shipping and insurance costs.
- Can only be issued when returned goods are received in their original condition.
Orders & Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
For custom orders, Neen will discuss estimated production and delivery timeframes prior to commencing work on your piece.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

International
International shipping rates, taxes, and duties are calculated at checkout.
Please note that express shipping options may not be available in all regions.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or taxes imposed by their country.

Our sterling silver is sourced through Palloys Australia, Koodaks + Australian Jewellers Supplies, all trusted Australian suppliers
Studio Practices
We use gentle, kitchen-grade products wherever possible for cleaning, patina, and polishing processes.
Found Objects
Many materials incorporated into our work are thoughtfully collected from beaches, forests, thrift stores, and reclaimed sources, then transformed into something new.
Clothing
Our clothing collections are created using a treasured collection of vintage fabrics gathered over many years. Some garments are made from reworked or upcycled pieces.
Stones
Our gemstones are sourced through a family-owned business in Osborne Park, Western Australia, with long-standing relationships with suppliers from around the world.
Leather Jewellery
Our leather pieces are created using reclaimed handbags and responsibly sourced leather offcuts from Leather Direct in Osborne Park, Western Australia.
Accessories
Purses and scarves are often crafted from collected fabric remnants, vintage textiles, travel finds, and production offcuts.
